Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund Policy applies to fees paid to Caliph Life Sdn. Bhd. (202301019858 (1513780-T)), trading as Caliph Group, for the Caliph Group Affiliate Programme through caliph.biz. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration fee (RM35)
- Registration not approved: if Caliph Group declines your registration, the RM35 is refunded in full.
- Withdrawal before approval: if you withdraw your registration before it is approved, the RM35 is refunded in full.
- After approval: once your registration is approved and your affiliate account is created, the registration fee is non-refundable, except as set out in section 3.
2. Yearly membership fee (RM8)
- You will receive a reminder email at least 7 days before each yearly charge, so you can cancel auto-renewal beforehand.
- If you are charged and contact us within 7 days of the charge to cancel your membership, we will refund that year's fee in full.
- After 7 days, the yearly fee for the current membership year is non-refundable. Your membership remains active until the end of that year.
3. Charges made in error
Duplicate charges, charges of an incorrect amount, and charges made after you validly cancelled auto-renewal will be refunded in full.
4. How to request a refund
- Email info@caliphgroup.com with the subject "Refund Request".
- Include your full name, the last 4 digits of your NRIC, the payment date and amount, and the transaction reference from your receipt (if available).
- We will reply within 3 working days and, if the refund is approved, process it within 14 working days.
Refunds are made by bank transfer to an account in your own name, or to the original card for card payments. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 5 to 14 working days to appear. We do not give refunds in cash.
5. Chargebacks
If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Raising a chargeback with your bank for a valid charge may lead to suspension of your membership.
